Step into real farm life with a guided hands-on experience at Long Valley Acres. This guided tour is designed to give you and your family an up-close connection to the animals. With this tour you will be able to go into each enclosure to get up-close and personal with each animal. During your visit, you’ll be taken into each enclosure , feed, and interact with a variety of friendly farm animals while learning how they are cared for and how they each play a role in the farm. Spend time with goats (with opportunities for bottle feeding baby goats when available), visit the horses—including a mini horse that guests can brush and groom—and meet the dairy cow and her baby, with a chance to try your hand at milking (when available). You’ll also interact with rabbits, collect eggs from the chickens, and meet the baby miniature Highland cows, with possible bottle feeding opportunities depending on availability. This is not a self-guided visit—you’ll be personally guided through the experience and get to go places that the self-guided tours do not have access to, making it engaging, educational, and memorable for both kids and adults. Whether it’s your child’s first-time meeting farm animals or you’re simply looking for a unique outdoor experience, this tour offers a meaningful way to slow down, connect, and enjoy life on the farm. Each experience lasts approximately 60-90 minutes.
