What to Expect

Located on our sprawling outdoor space, adjacent to a breathtaking 200-acre longhorn steer ranch, our venue promises an unforgettable celebration amidst the beauty of nature. Immerse yourself in the charm of farm life with our exclusive farm tour, where guests can feed and pet a delightful array of animals including chickens, turkeys, emus, baby goats, pigs, cows, and horses.

Take a walk through our greenhouse and growing garden. Pickup some farm fresh eggs or home grown veggies from the farm stand. Play on the playground and try your skill on the ninja slackline obstacle. We also offer outdoor games like cornhole and disc golf.

Whether it's a whimsical adventure or a serene retreat you seek, our venue offers the perfect backdrop for creating cherished memories.

Party Package

$300

Duration: 3 hours

Host receives an additional hour before and after the party for set-up and clean-up.
Additional time can be added onto package at $50 for each additional 30 minutes.

Set Up:

Enjoy a beautiful covered patio and a charming gazebo, each with comfortable seating options. Adjacent is a spacious grassy area, perfect for yard games or playtime on the nearby playground.

Group Size: Up to 30 people.

Please note: an adult must be present and responsible for each child.
Additional guests $25 for each additional 10 people (Head count pertains to children ages 2+)

Private use of grounds and patio entertainment area
16' outdoor dining table with seating for 16 people
Additional lounge seating for up to 14 people

Farm Tour: One of our instructors will take you on a tour of the farm where guests have a chance to meet and feed all our animals.
Petting Zoo: Where we bring our playful baby goats and adorable, floppy-eared bunnies to your party! Guests can enter the enclosure to feed and cuddle new friends.
Pony Meet and Greet: Meet our mini horse, Cookie. Guests will be able to brush and feed her treats
Pony Rides: Delight in 45 minutes of pony rides with our adorable mini horse, Cookie! Perfect for kids and unforgettable moments.
Balloons: Custom Balloon arches and more The Little Balloon Co.

Cancellation policy:

Farm-initiated cancellations:
- If birthday party cancellations are initiated by Long Valley Acres Farm, hosts will be fully refunded.
Weather-related cancellations:
- Cancellations at least 4 days prior to the event and due to weather (at least 40%chance of rain) are subject to a 10% processing fee. Alternatively, birthday parties may be rescheduled within 12 months with no additional fees.
All other cancellations:
- Other cancellations at least 14 days prior to the event may be refunded less the deposit. Alternatively, birthday parties may be rescheduled within 12 months with no additional fees.
